INTEGRITY TESTS

Theory that matters
From a hidden pile to a reliable assessment
Once an in-situ foundation pile has been constructed, only the pile head remains visible. Everything below ground is hidden — unless you know how to reveal it. That’s why advanced integrity testing methods were developed: to ensure every pile has been built as designed.
Since the 1950s/60s, the Sonic Integrity Test (SIT/PIT) has become the standard rapid screening method for checking the quality of foundation piles. In the Netherlands, as in many other countries, almost all piles undergo SIT testing.
This intensive two-day course is designed for both new and experienced users, regardless of the equipment brand. You will learn how to perform reliable measurements, recognize pitfalls, analyze signals, and professionally assess the condition of foundation piles.
After completing the training, participants will be fully capable of carrying out SIT measurements in the field, evaluating signal quality, interpreting results, and determining pile integrity with confidence.
